It is the tip of what will be the most scandalous period of time in American history. they aren't. The licenses that USAID bought for $44k is what USAID spent. The TOTAL across all agencies, Congress, White House, etc is $8M and is in their individual budgets

To answer your second question, no I do not think that's a good use of taxpayer money. If you have ever read any of my posts, you would know that I would never believe that's a good use of taxpayer money and should be cut. But to pretend this exercise with USAID is for fiscal reasons is just not wanting to see the full picture.
