I could very well be wrong, but I dont think he would have the leverage over Middle East countries in the way he can bully Central/South American countries. Especially given our failures in that part of the world the last 20ish years

Yeah, I don't see why the bother. I'd rather send the military into southwestern and southeastern Iran, create a new state of Iran's oppressed Sunni Arab minority in the southwest and an independent Baluchistan in the southeast, leaving the Iranian rump state with no access to the Indian Ocean and a lot of the oil in the hands of the new southwestern state.

Wow, I just watched a few clips of the "Stop Elon" rally. I almost feel sorry for the democrats. That was really pathetic. Unless their call for violence in the streets works I don't see anything productive coming from that pitiful rally. Maybe they can come up with enough cash for their paid goons to get some good ole street violence whipped up.

I've never seen the democrats and their media allies in such disarray. Trump is moving too fast for them and their normal play book. By the time they focus in on one thing to target and complain about he's moved on to something else.

And I love the audit of the federal government. It's long overdue. Don't worry about the small budget of only 40B for USAID. They'll be moving on to bigger and more corrupt agencies. I can't wait for the Pentagon. Hopefully we can get some convictions to go along with saving taxpayer money.

Also, for those like Civ whining about getting rid of the good these government programs do, please point out some examples where someone or some country was actually helped. This bloated overweight behemoth needs a serious diet program. Actually it needs starving, but I guess we can't go that far.

what is happening? I am in complete agreement with you here. There is a reason why Jordan and Egypt do not want the Palestinians. Accepting them will destabilize their countries. Hamas spent decades creating a military infrastructure underneath Gaza. They were rewarded time and time again for their terrorist activities to the point where they believe and the Palestinian people believe that it is only a matter of time until Israel falls.

They though October 7 was going to be the end all be all and they pushed all their chips on the table because they rightfully believed (because of past experience) that terrorism would again be excused by their supporters. sycophants, the ignorants, and the antisemitics.

A lot had to go right for Israel to still be here today after October 7. A lot of that is due to the resolve of its people. A lot of it had to do with the failure of the "supporters" of a two state system failing once again to rid the world of Israel.

Fauxcahontas trying to get a crowd amped up is comedy gold. They need someone younger and more dynamic to deliver that message if they want to get their voters to get on board for the war that other lunatic was screaming about.

In general, I'm against it. We've seen the lack of success in the past. Also, we are how many Trillion in debt without a forseeable future to cut into the deficits. We can't afford it!
