If he truly "unleashes" RFK on the FDA, with full control, it's going to be take a year or so to clean up, but it could end up being on the most successful thing Trump does as Presidents spanning both terms. RFK is a smart dude, and is extremely well versed in the corruption of the FDA and big pharma, so if Trump gives him a broom, I imagine he's going to clean house.

Also curious to see if he really creates the DoGE(Department of Government Efficiency) and appoints Elon as the head of it. I don't want him to go Vivek level crazy(immediately slash 75% of employees based on their last name and birthday), but I imagine he's going to wipe out a lot of redundant jobs. Will be interesting to see if he gets control and then follows through with his plan of providing every federal employee laid off by the DoGE 1-2 years of severance.

Regional cooperatives in areas of the environment, energy, law enforcement and trade in lieu of easily co-opted federal bureaucracy. Trash the Education Department........better yet, blow it up.

Military, Customs and Border Control remain as is, manpower-wise. Provide opportunities in border control and state dept type work for educational opportunities/funding for youth.
