Have we figured this out yet? Here's my thought, we're spending the fiat dollars into oblivion. When the tims is right, we transition to the new constitutional money and hand the Central Bankers the fiat dolla' receipts. A constitutional monetary system may very well be running parallel next to the fiat system. EO 13818 and EO 13848 may have already created a good chunk of the wealth in our Treasury. What we don't know right now isn't hurting us.
