Well, I'm buying Regular instead of Plus now is one thing... but I've been paying only $3.59 at my Exxon on the coast for about three weeks already now. Why that doesn't jive with the averages that Spectrum (I threw that in just for you, Civ) shows over and over and over every morning for North Carolina and the US as a whole - I have no idea... the only thing that I can come up with might be because it's only a mile from a military installation, or maybe the owner / operator isn't as greedy as others - but I honestly don't know why it is so much different right now, but the unit I fill up with is owned / supplied by the large group headquartered out of Greenville.
