I'm confused with the obsession over the SAVE act and the belief that our future depends on it. We have never had any evidence released by the government that proves the 2020 election was stolen. If dem's were so good at stealing elections how do R's have control of every part of the government right now? And if R's have control of the gvt , why has 47 not released any official evidence that 2020 was stolen? And before anyone replies with their favorite conspiracy theory twitter account, I am referring to any sort of official investigation and subsequent findings from the United States government - not "MJ TRUTH ULTRA Q" .. open to explanations , I'm mainly frustrated he pushed the signing of the latest housing bill that should equally benefit constituents on both sides of the aisle
First, your level of rational thought is vastly in excess of what this thread can tolerate.
There was obviously no consequential election fraud, just like Portland wasn't burning, just like foreign countries don't pay our tariffs, just like Ukraine didn't start the war, just like there was no reflecting pool vandalism, or any of the thousands of other lies, big and small, Trump promotes to his undiscerning but very thirsty believers on an hourly basis.
Second, yeah. The one thing I actually trusted Trump to do coming into this term was to bolster the housing market, given his affinity for real estate development and construction.
Yeah, nope, he screwed that up too with his boneheaded tariff inflation, which begat a Fed wary to cut rates in a meaningful way that would help both homeowners and builders, and now by refusing to sign a bipartisan housing bill that would actually help Republicans market affordability before midterms.
I think he actually ends up signing it or lets it pass statutorily; Congressional Pubs are going to absolutely hammer him behind closed doors to do so. He's already screwed up midterms enough for his base without piling on by now not signing a bill that will maybe help with affordability, and one that he's fully supported up until now.
