Oh, so these tech jobs are all of a sudden a good thing! Ok, since we don't have the workforce to provide for there 20,000 new jobs in R&D, how do you propose we get there since you don't want dirty foreigners getting some of these jobs and paying taxes on wadges and living the American Dream with a legal visa?
What a stupid starting point... you have really become a clown show.

we want good, manufacturing jobs in the US? correct? That's the goal. We need more $17/hr jobs! I'm just following along with the MAGA debate here and therefore we don't want these high paying R&D jobs that Apple is proposing.

We're against H1-B visas now, so I'm asking you a legit question. How are we going to do it?

Good manufacturing jobs pay a lot more than $17 / hour.
oh man, how much more?

Just the average is 50% higher. Good would be double.
So $34/hr - $70,720 a year. We would rather have those than jobs that make $150k + a year?
Why does it seem that so many of your posts present a false dichotomy? We want both kinds of jobs.
what manufacturing do you want to bring home and who is building this factory infrastructure?

Reminder, the US is the second largest manufacturing nation in the world behind China.

Is this that critical thinking that cuck, Isewolf, was talking about?

Lol.

Embarrassing for both of you.

Zzzzzzzz.

You twisting yourself in a pretzel to justify Trump's mental malfunctions over Russia, Putin, Ukraine, and Zelenskyy is wild.

Trump getting butthurt because Zalenskyy isn't going to act like his ***** and then glitching and ranting about Z being a dictator and Ukraine starting the war and "negotiating" with Putin by giving Putin whatever he wants is a huge problem no matter how deep you stick your head in the sand.

Nobody in the free world other than MAGA acolytes thinks Trump's handling of Russia and Ukraine is anything other than a utter disaster.

Lol... more of this incredible critical thinking.

Trump will negotiate a truce, much to your chagrin. Because you're a brainwashed minion, you now celebrate Zelensky because he defies Trump. And you think nobody in the free world supports Trump's negotiations.

Utter stupidity.

Keep crying war monger. The war will end soon, and you will be wrong yet again.

Trump will give Putin most or all of what he wants. That's not negotiation, that's bending over. Anyone can bend over for Putin but Trump appears to be the only leader in the free world that's downright eager to.

Zalenskyy was worthy of support whether or not Trump became president again. It has nothing to do with Trump and everything to do with HIS NATION GETTING INVADED.

Again, MAGA stands alone in the free world on the issue of wanting to stroke Putin.

Why is that?

How much monetary support is the rest of the free world providing to Ukraine?
Instead of just listening to Fox News spin and running with it, you could actually give Google a try.

In total dollars of course the U.S. is giving the most of any individual country. As a percentage of GDP, we're basically identical to Germany and the UK. The countries adjacent to Ukraine are actually giving a larger percentage of their GDP. But Europe as a whole is in fact giving more total cash than the U.S.

Oh, and a large percentage of our giving has in fact been building ourselves cool new weapons and then unloading warehouses of hand-me downs to them.

I don't watch Fox News, clown. It was a legitimate question to a different poster.

So, Europe, who has twice as many people as the US and literally has Russia and Ukraine on their doorstep, has given roughly 18 billion more in aid. What negotiations have they done so far to bring an end to the war? Why are France, Germany, and Spain so reluctant to step up to the plate?

Ukraine Support Tracker | Kiel Institute

If these are hand-me-downs, I'd hate to see what these other countries are providing them. I'd be willing to bet they'd take anything we'd give them over what Poland can provide.

Because they are relying on Russian energy and can't have the tap shut off. Now, they did this to themselves, but that's the current condition

That is exactly what Trump has been saying. Still doesn't change the fact that this is Europe landmass to resolve. The US gets called imperialist, Colonist, and so many other things, while people take our benefits. its time they started to step up to the plate and solve their landmass issue, completely!!!

I agree, he can certainly dress as a female, if not a female, and dance on his/her head.

The dichotomy of it all is quite clear. The 3 blind mice grumbled incessantly about Musk's role in the federal govt while others voiced concern over Biden's picks. It's a clear choice.

Clearly. Nothing at all wrong with manufacturing jobs.

And to add to the mis information. This was a couple years ago but I worked with Apple resourcing "manufacturing" jobs to the US and they did it in 6 months. So Apple can move fast.
As someone that ran a company and reported directly to its owner and won a three (3) year facilities maintenance related bid / contract at the Google Data Center in Lenoir and was in that building no less than 100 times during that period - data center was open and fully operating in less than three (3) years from the time they purchased the land. Our contract started while the construction was still going on for at least six (6) months or so. I think that was pretty fast.

This was during a period where Apple and Google were openly and aggressively poaching employees from each other as well, so guess what? I was also invited to visit, tour the Apple Data Center in Maiden oh, probably around 10 times and was asked by one of my old Google contacts then at Apple to bid on the exact same type contract there. Left that company in early 2012 and moved to the coast, so I don't know if the bid I put together won them the contract or not... BTW, Apple (first server building) was open in 18 months after they closed on the land...

SLOW. AS. HELL.

So many still don't fully recognize how extensively we've been infiltrated by our enemies. We nearly lost our great republic and we're still not 'out of the woods'. This reality will come forth over the coming months. It's not a typical 'R vrs D' moment in American history.

Dem's approval is poor because most of the country don't think they're doing enough to try to counteract the Musk and Trump clown show.

THERE IS NO QUESTION A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE IS BEING RUN IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA BY THE CRIMINAL KATIE HOBBS.

Investigation and prosecution by the FBI and the DOJ it's long overdue.

A: Katie Hobbs is now being investigated for bribery, fraud conspiracy and racketeering. The Chairman of the Joint Legislative Committee has informed Maricopa County's investigator that the Auditor General will assist in the investigation.

This comes after The Arizona Republic detailed how state contractor Sunshine Residential Homes bribed Gov. Katie Hobbs and AZ Democrats with $400,000 and in returns got millions more in state money.

"In my capacity as chairman of the Joint Legislative Audit Committee, I want you to know that the Auditor General's Office stands ready to partner with you in getting the facts about this troubling matter. Make no mistake, we will allocate the resources the Auditor General needs to help restore what appears to be a major breach of trust in our government."

B: Additionally Arizona State lawmakers are now investigating Katie Hobbs after $339 MILLION "disappeared."

As Hobbs's budget director also mysteriously resigns,

State Senator Alex Kolodin: "Imagine my shock when the Legislature was informed the State has several insolvent agencies and requires a $339 million bailout to close out the current Fiscal Year. Since your liaisons dedicated to briefing members of the Legislature failed to provide detail on how we got here, I am putting my request in writing: Arizonans deserve to know the details. Why did you mislead the legislature about the spending you intended to approve? In just two weeks' time, I've learned that the problem has worsened and that your office's request is now $350 million."

This is nice. Apparently, according to General Flynn, that there were listening devices in the resolute desk in the oval office. Hmmm spying on Trump again like they did in Trump Tower.

https://truthsocial.com/@TrueGenFlynn/posts/114059088122257952

"Listening Devices Discovered in Oval Office: President's Desk Removed for Scanning

Washington, D.C. February 21, 2025…In a startling development…sources within the White House have confirmed that the Oval Office, including the iconic Resolute Desk used by the President of the United States, was recently subjected to an intensive security sweep following suspicions of covert surveillance. The sweep reportedly uncovered evidence of sophisticated listening devices, prompting immediate action to remove & scan the desk outside the office premises…the discovery came after routine electronic countermeasures detected anomalies in the Oval Office's secure environment. "The signals were faint but consistentenough to warrant a full investigation…We couldn't take any chances with the integrity of the President's workspace." Specialized teams equipped with cutting-edge radiofrequency detection tools were deployed, & their findings allegedly pointed to the presence of concealed audio surveillance devices.

The Resolute Desk..was promptly removed from the Oval Office & transported to an undisclosed secure facility for a thorough examination. Experts in counterintelligence & forensic technology were tasked with dismantling & scanning the desk to locate & neutralize any embedded devices. Early reports suggest that at least one miniature transmittersmall enough to evade casual inspectionmay have been embedded within the woodwork, though official confirmation remains pending. White House spokesperson Emily Harrow declined to provide specific details but acknowledged that "enhanced security protocols" had been enacted. "The administration takes all potential threats to national security seriously," Harrow said during a press briefing earlier today. "We are cooperating fully with relevant agencies to ensure the sanctity of the President's office is maintained." Speculation about the origin of the devices has already begun to swirl. Some security analysts point to the possibility of foreign interference [bull****], noting that the Oval Office has long been a prime target for espionage due to its symbolic & operational significance. "This wouldn't be the first time a foreign power attempted to infiltrate the highest levels of government," said Dr. Michael Kessler, a former NSA operative and current professor of cybersecurity at Georgetown University. "Modern listening devices are incredibly advancedsome are no larger than a grain of rice & can transmit encrypted audio over vast distances." Others suggest the breach could stem from domestic sources [more likely], potentially linked to political rivalries or unauthorized surveillance by rogue elements within the U.S. intelligence community. The timing of the discoveryamid heightened partisan tensionshas only fueled such theories, though no concrete evidence has surfaced to support any single narrative [they'll find them]."

that's my point, these campuses across the country are already here. The investment was already committed by Apple. Just because they were announced doesn't mean that they've never been part of at least Apples data center expansion plans for a long time.
