My issue with Trump is not his blatant lying, although that is a character flaw that should disqualify him or anyone from office, whether R or D.

I'm not sure how you can claim the moral high ground defending Trump though.

Again, my issue with Trump is that he attempted to repeatedly, and without shame, make an attempt to rewrite the 1887 Electoral Count Act and the Twelfth Amendment to the Constitution so that Mike Pence could be transformed into an election-dictator and declare that he, Donald Trump, rather than the winner, Joe Biden, had prevailed in the election.

This is the singular issue that in my mind disqualifies Trump from holding office again.

so what exactly was Trump requesting Pence to do then on January 6th?

Seven years of constant investigations and they had to change the law in order to make a misdemeanor a felony in order to charge him.

This was after the former DA, the MARXIST DOJ and the FEC all declined to charge him.

If Pinocchio or Glass or Civ or any of the other MARXIST think that the MARXIST led government didn't want to charge President Trump then they are more clueless than I thought. They didn't charge him with anything because there wasn't anything to charge him for.
