I just listened to the first 30 minutes. In the first 30 minutes, Trump did absolutely nothing wrong! Yes, Trump repeated the data, as provided to him. Not one person, on this board, has ever done the data crunching that these folks have. So, you probably need to get over yourself.

I do plan on listening to the balance of the call. Based on the beginning 30 minutes and what I have read in transcripts, I'll bet the complaints are all out of context.

Rafensburger if weak as water. He says the Gulianni doctored the tapes and the Trump team needs to see the whole tape. The one attorney (Mitchell, I think), for Trump, told Rafensburger... I have seen the entire tape and had forensic people review what you are talking about and the facts don't line up with the SOS.

Basically, what we have are people wanting something done and other people wanting to move on. None of us, here, have any clue as to the facts...
The facts are the certified vote totals which show Trump lost. Its why Trump asked him to find 11,780 more votes.

If Trump has evidence to present, he should do it. He hasn't and that's why Rafensburger's hands are tied.

Rafensburger would love to have Trump win, but he can't "find" votes that aren't there.

That is such a misread of what's happening. Sounds like a typical CNN reporter.

The facts are:

  • Georgia SOS certified the results with Biden electors
  • Georgia legislature certified a different set of electors for Trump
  • Trump lawyers have shown evidence and Trump regurgitated the evidence on the call
  • Rafensberger has no love for Trump; so, your assessment that he wants Trump to win is misinformed

You guys can all say this and/or that and that's fine... a large percentage of people in this country feel as if we have significant issues with this election. That is going to be a problem moving forward.

You say Georgia legislature named their own electors? It can't be for President. Georgia law prohibits thats, like specifically prohibits the general assembly from naming electors. The power to certify electors belongs to the SOS.

Trump lawyers have not show evidence. Evidence is something that you bring to court, not something you tweet about on the crappier.

A large percentage of people think something was wrong with this election. true, it's probably around 30%, but what do you expect from people used to getting participation trophies their whole lives. Just a really loud minority.

Didn't th SOC vote and support
Trump?
Don't know if he voted for Trump. I know Trump campaigned for Kemp; however, I'm not sure about the SOS. You can research Rafinsburger's distaste for Trump all over the place.
I would have distaste for Trump if I was an elected official an responsible for an election and he tried to get me to overturn a fair and legal election.
If you are so sure it was fair and legal then why all the brew-ha-ha over investigating? I mean it's not like Stacey Abrams hasn't claimed for four years that the election was stolen from her? It's not like HER SISTER just allowed voter roles to be allowed with people who haven't lived in Georgia for years..... nothing to see here right lefties? Absolute power and total control is all the socialists want. The very ones screaming for it will be the ones that are affected negatively the most. Never underestimate the benefit of common sense. For many today it is a difficult concept to grasp. Too many participation trophies and "everybody is a winner" mantras. Oh.... "Amen and "A-women...."
You talk about absolute power and total control like it is the Democrats and liberals doing that. I suggest you look no further than President Trump for those things. He Called Georgia's SOS and asked him to overturn the elections on nothing more than "Trump Media". Which when translated means lie's and disinformation.

Dude those who live in glass houses should not throw rocks.
Not true!! You progressives are all about noise...
What is not True? That he called and asked for SOS to find 11780 votes? That is a funny number to ask for if all you want is to count just legal votes. Sounds to me that he just wants to change an election with fraud. That the SOS said that Trump's information was wrong? Told Trump that he should not get his information from Social Media? Then Trump said he gets his information from Trump media? Where was I wrong?

You are making the noise to distract.

Also you said after the election was called for Biden by the media that you would recognize that Biden was the winner when the Election was certified by the Electoral college. That date came and went and you never once acknowledge that like you said you would. Those posts are back in November on this very topic. If you care to go look for them.

So I ask you. Who is making noise?
You are!

First of all: I haven't listened past the first 30 minutes, so, find in the transcript, with context, where the President asked his specifically to find 11,780 votes. What I have heard is him saying that all he needs to 11,780 votes to change the election and we have enough evidence to support a minimum of that number and far more.

The SOS is denying the data. Data he hasn't even looked at. This guy is part of the Descent Decree with Abrams. What exactly is a decent decree?

A consent decree is an agreement or settlement that resolves a dispute between two parties without admission of guilt (in a criminal case) or liability (in a civil case), and most often refers to such a type of settlement in the United States.

What exactly are they settling?

Also you said after the election was called for Biden by the media that you would recognize that Biden was the winner when the Election was certified by the Electoral college. That date came and went and you never once acknowledge that like you said you would.

get your dates correct. That happens on Wednesday the 6th, correct?

That date was dec 14th that is when the electoral college certified the election. You did not say when congresses certified the election. Shall I go get the post? Because it is here.

You just keep moving the goal posts.

Do what makes you happy? BTW, are you trolling me?
What makes me happy? My family. Trolling you? Nope.

Trump has not presented any evidence. Just fake data and spliced videos that try to confuse the facts. And that there was absolutely no widespread election fraud. Unless you consider what he and his supporters have done.

WASHINGTON Describing President Trump's phone call with Georgia's top election official as "frightening," an Illinois Republican congressman suggested that he now regrets his vote for the president and might even be open to a third party if his GOP colleagues continue to echo baseless conspiracy claims about a stolen election.

In an interview with Yahoo News' "Skullduggery" podcast, Rep. Adam Kinzinger also said he is worried about the prospects for violence around the Capitol on Wednesday, when tens of thousands of Trump supporters are expected to show up for protests aimed at pressuring lawmakers to block Joe Biden's election. Those protesters, he said, have been victimized by a "scam" perpetrated by Trump.

You better look in the mirror, then. You are the one who is refusing to look at the evidence.

In fact, I've noticed a pattern with you: You are presented with evidence you can't refute. So you change the subject, or make fun of a typo in a link someone gives you...or talks about whether someone has a subscription here.....anything to deflect the fact that you have no answer for the facts you were presented with.

Then, later on you come back with "nobody's refuted the evidence" (when they have) or "Trump has this evidence"...which is always the same old refuted evidence repackaged yet again.

And then rinse and repeat. Trump's phone call with the Georgia SOS was exactly what you do: He just regurgitated, Trump-style, all the same old refuted, false claims, over and over. And when told that all those things had in fact, been investigated, he just kept right on talking, not even acknowledging it.
In fact, the closest he came to acknowledging what he'd been told was saying all the people associated with the GBI, FBI and Ga elections investigation were either "incompetent or dishonest". Said that a couple of times.

"Germany: We had our this is Ryan Germany. We had our law enforcement officers talk to everyone who was, who was there after that event came to light. GBI was with them as well as FBI agents.

Trump: Well, there's no way they could then they're incompetent. They're either dishonest or incompetent, okay?
Mitchell: Well, what did they find?
Trump: There's only two answers, dishonesty or incompetence. There's just no way. Look. There's no way."

Sorry Mr. President, but the only thing that there's "no way" is, that everyone associated with the Georgia elections, the GBI and the FBI is "dishonest or incompetent". There IS absolutely no way that's the case.

So yes, everything Trump has claimed has been refuted. It's right there for anyone to read. Not a single bit of it was true, and he keeps right on repeating it. He failed to present anything in court, he failed to present anything legitimate, anywhere.
I'm not even sure he's lying. Lying means you know it's not true and you say it anyway. I'm not even sure that's the case...after hearing him talk, he may well actually believe the crap he's saying. But he's still wrong, and it's hurting our country badly for the President of the United States to be this gullible or dishonest, whichever it is.

Dominion plans to sue Sidney Powell, doesn't rule out Trump

Dominion Voting Systems plans to sue attorney Sidney Powell "imminently" for defamation, and it's continuing to explore similar suits against President Trump and others, company founder and CEO John Poulos told the Axios Re:Cap podcast on Monday.

Between the lines: Dominion, which makes the voting machines used in Georgia and elsewhere, has been the subject of baseless accusations of malfeasance during last November's elections.

  • Trump, during his leaked call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, called the U.S.-based company "corrupt" and had to be corrected by Raffensperger after claiming machines had been recently removed and/or altered by Dominion employees.
  • Dominion says that the rhetorical barrage has led to death threats against its employees, including one who remains unable to return to his home.

Definition of democracy

1a : government by the people especially : rule of the majority
b : a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections

The Trump Era Could Only End in a Final Attack on Democracy

On November 7, former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney wrote a Wall Street Journal op-ed headlined "If He Loses, Trump Will Concede Gracefully." The very question, Mulvaney insisted, insulted the president and his supporters. "Most of the inquirers," he sneered, "are the same people who still don't understand why nearly half the country voted for Mr. Trump." The delusional belief that Trump would refuse to accept defeat was, to Mulvaney, yet more evidence Trump's critics remained out of touch with the real Americans who supported him.

Republican behavior in the Trump era has often followed a pattern: First, Donald Trump floats a wild notion into the atmosphere. Then Republicans dismiss the possibility that he would do it. Then he does it. Then they justify it.

This mode of response began when Trump first ran for president, prompting Republican officials to indignantly dismiss the prospect he could win as an insult to their party. Now we have reached the point where a dozen Republican senators, and well over a hundred members of the House, are joining his demands to discard the clear result of the election and hand him an unelected second term.

The Trump Era Could Only End in a Final Attack on Democracy

As Georgia votes, Trump tries to destroy America's faith in democracy

Desperate, deluded and dangerous, President Donald Trump drove America deeper into a political abyss on Monday night in his zeal to steal an election he lost and to destroy faith in the democracy that fairly ejected him from office.

The President spewed lies, conspiracy theories and nonsensically false claims of vote fraud before an angry crowd in Georgia on a trip scheduled to help two Republicans in toss up run-offs Tuesday set to seal the Senate balance of power.

But as usual, and as it has been for the last four years, including during the fast-worsening pandemic that he ignored, the outgoing President's primary concern was himself.

"By the way, there is no way we lost Georgia, that was a rigged election," Trump said, in the first, inaccurate words out of his mouth after disembarking from his Marine One helicopter, before broadening his disinformation to the November 3 election as a whole.

  • Some saying there is evidence and/or listening to people they align with to support their opinion

Then we have:

  • Some saying you will follow a person off a cliff
  • Some saying you are naive for not listening to the evidence

As I have said a number of times, let the process play out... I don't know the truth; however, the person I voted for is playing an uphill challenge, so, I am willing to see it through. Many of people have done the same thing for the person they voted for. In fact, many people still think Trump is an illegitimate President.

If this election gets turned back to Trump, we will have a bunch of people complaining saying he stole it, he cheated, the Republicans are power hungry, Authoritarian, etc... etc...

Not one person on here knows whether Trump lawyers, Data analyst, Trump himself is truthful. Also, not one person on here knows whether they all are not. I think if you were truly honest with yourself: you wouldn't say emphatically there is no evidence. You could say: no court has ruled in Trumps favor and that would be mostly correct.

If anybody, including a sitting President, was provided with the information he has been, I believe most people would fight. Remember, he is a NY CEO and doesn't like losing. His whole career, he has always fought to win. I can tell you, when I am presented with a challenge, in business, I'm all about fixing problems and winning. Sometimes winning takes longer; however, I'm all about winning. If you've never been in a seat like that, then it's probably difficult to comprehend the thought process of people who succeed financially in life.

What do you call the video of people pulling suitcases of ballots out from under tables after all the poll workers were told to leave and start running them through?

How about the video evidence released this morning of folks in Georgia registering thousands of people at a single address in order to allow them to vote, which is illegal by Georgia law?

You can argue that a court hasn't taken on a case, but you can't argue that there isn't any evidence because we have actual video evidence to the contrary.

Your entitled to your own opinion, but your not entitled to you own facts. There is only one set of facts, and the fact is there is actual video evidence that election fraud happened.

The socialist lefties here are merely parroting the MSM claims. Of course they don't want investigations of the videos and claims. Then they would be proven. You know...as long as I have my head up my...... jacket sleeve... I don't need to acknowledge what happened. Ignorance is bliss and we have a few that are full of bliss in more ways than one.

Here is what we have:

I know some on here don't like what's going on; however, I'm watching this because we could be witnessing history. History we only read about, not truly live. You don't have to like what's going; however, open your eyes and watch this play out as this may be something we've never seen in our lifetime...

What is the burden of proof for someone on here to "know" whether Trump is being truthful?

That we talk firsthand to the person he was lying about and hear their story? That we get inside Trump's head?

The process has played out. 59 (or whatever the count now is) court opinions have been rendered against all Trump's team's specious claims.

None of us will ever 'know' if there was fraud, if the burden of proof is seeing the evidence firsthand. We use courts as proxies for 'knowing'. They see and hear evidence and arguments firsthand.

We, the public, haven't, most likely never will, and even if we could most likely wouldn't have the legal or technical background to assess the veracity of the evidence.

We know what the courts have said. They've said there's no evidence of consequential fraud. None. And they haven't said that once, or twice, or ten times, or twenty. They've said it 60 times.

When you say 'let the process play out', it has played out. Or if you think it hasn't, after 60 rulings or dismissals shooting down these claims, there's nothing courts or anyone else could say for it to be 'enough'. The evidence (or lack thereof) is conclusive and overwhelming already. It's played out.

As a country, it's time to move on. More importantly, we need Trump, the sitting president, to move on. He's insulted and embarrassed our country and our electoral and democratic processes enough. It's time for him to swallow the bitter pill of defeat and move on, both because there's overwhelming evidence to support that course of action, and also for the good of the country.

Go through every one of the court cases (since this is what you are leaning on) and tell us all how many of them were settled on evidence. I think you will find that the majority were settled on: No standing or Laches.

Those two do not take in consideration evidence. We have had judges write commentary; however, they rule on one the two. That's complete crap and you know it. If you don't then...

For me, this isn't about Trump; although, I believe he is and will be a much better President than Biden. This is about the country!!!!

BTW, Civ, the electoral process hasn't been completed. The only date, in our Constitution, that is hardlined, is January 20th. Even then, we have a process for unsettled elections. Nancy would become interim President.

I believe, without any doubt, we had nefarious happenings in this election. We can start with a few simple things:

  • go research all the judicial rulings to change election laws across several States
  • Descent Decree with Stacey Abrams

And this is a hard one to swallow:

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

The Donald is the Donald, he wants to cook the books; anything to win....he just wants 1 more vote than Biden in the swing states.. Study the man's life. Go ask people who worked with him in New York. When asked in the 1980's or 90's (?), Trump's mom said hell no he should not be president. She knew! He asked Howard Stern to be part of his administration.

Stern -

"I personally wish that he had never run, I told him that, because I actually think this is something that is gonna be detrimental to his mental health too, because, he wants to be liked, he wants to be loved," Stern said. "He wants people to cheer for him."

"I don't think it's going to be a healthy experience. And by the way, he's now on this anti-Hollywood kick. He loves Hollywood. First of all, he loves the press. He lives for it. He loves people in Hollywood. He only wants hobnob with them. All of this hatred and stuff directed towards him. It's not good for him. It's not good. There's a reason every president who leaves the office has grey hair."

"I like Donald very much personally. I was shocked when he decided to run for president, and even more shocked that sort of, people took it seriously," Stern said.

"I remember saying to him when he announced his presidency, I remember being quite amazed, because I remember him being for Hillary Clinton," Stern added.

"And I remember him being very--I mean he was pro-abortion. So the new Donald Trump kind of surprised me."

Howard Stern: Trump wants to be loved, presidency will be 'detrimental' to his mental health

He had his day, many times. He lost over and over. Your "evidence" was submitted in these court cases and judges did assess them. Even the cases dismissed for lack of standing usually have significant language about the lack of evidence submitted with the lawsuit.
You act like no one has investigated any of these claims, when they have been looked into and almost entirely debunked. You just refuse to accept that the claims you've read are largely based on bad data, terrible analysis, or outright fabrication.

There is no video evidence. There is only spliced videos from Trumps legal team. As the SOS of Georgia told President Trump on the phone call. Georgia Election officials went through this yesterday item by item and countered every Trump team claim. See link below.

You guys are the most closed minded people I've ever been around. Quit fighting your narrative and find room for possibilities. Thats what I have done and have stated it a number of times in this forum.

Do I believe we have had election fraud? Yes
Do I believe its enough to turn this election? I don't know.
Do I believe we have a media trying to create a narrative? Yes
Do I believe people on here are close minded? Yes
Do I believe Democrats, in general, are horrible for this country? Yes
Do I believe Establishment Republicans are horrible for this country? Yes
Do I believe we have unscrupulous politicians? Yes
Do I wonder why politicians get into congress and become rich and/or wealthy? Yes
Do I have a real concern with both Republicans and Democrats relationship with China? Yes
Do I have a concern for what is going on in the International meeting in Davos Switzerland? Yes
Do I have a concern with the number of people in congress that are pro-war? Yes
Do I think the pro-war congressional and life-long politicians want war for their personal financial gain? Yes

Everybody has their important issues and mine is all about the real corruption in our government. People on here are pushing a narrative that Trump is the boogie man. Believe me, I don't think he is perfect in any way; however, I believe Trump has become this boogie man to deflect from real issues in this country.

Do you understand how the courts work?

His attorneys presented their evidence with the filing of the case. They had to show what they had.

The only thing they every presented, was affidavits from people saying things like "they felt the process was unfair".

When asked directly by judges if they were alleging fraud, Trump's attorneys said "No".

So...they weren't "holding back" some damning evidence and waiting to get a trial on a technicality first. They absolutely had opportunities to tell judges what evidence they had, and the end result was: None. At least, none that was actually true.

Here's what Sidney Powell was told by judges:
Two of Powell's lawsuits had already failed Monday in Michigan and Georgia, with the judge in Michigan noting Powell's claims are "nothing but speculation and conjecture," and the case appeared to be primarily about undermining "people's faith in the democratic process."

See that? All she presented was "speculation and conjecture"....no actual evidence. And she had the chance, she just didn't have anything. You don't get a court case based on "speculation and conjecture", you get it by showing the court that you actually have something worth their time to hear. And she didn't.
She wasn't holding anything back.

U.S. District Court Judge Diane Humetawa sided with those judges in Arizona, dismissing the case for a range of issues including lack of standing and bringing the case too late, and saying Powell's allegations of fraud are "sorely wanting of relevant or reliable evidence, and Plaintiffs' invocation of this Court's limited jurisdiction is severely strained."

Again, she had nothing. The judge literally looked at what she had and said it wasn't "reliable evidence"

The judge said the hundreds of pages of affidavits and declarations the plaintiffs submitted as evidence of fraud were "only impressive for their volume," and said Powell's lawsuit was "void of plausible allegations that Dominion voting machines were actually hacked or compromised."

So she basically spammed the courts with loads of BS. No actual evidence. All she had was affidavits and declarations, but NO. ACTUAL. EVIDENCE. If she had it, she would have presented that along with the affidavits and such.
That was the time to do it. She couldn't produce anything.

Same thing for Trump's other attorneys:

Nevada District Judge James Russell sided with the state and ruled the Trump campaign did not successfully show any evidence that proved their allegations of voter fraud, stating, "The court finds that there is no credible or reliable evidence that the 2020 General Election in Nevada was affected by fraud."
The judge also ruled the Trump campaign did not show any evidence proving "malfeasance" by election officials and blasted the credibility of the campaign's witnesses, saying witnesses' "declarations constitute hearsay" and the expert witness testimony "was of little to no value."

So again...THEY SAW WHAT TRUMP PROVIDED. And it was nothing. And the said as much. They literally said "Trump campaign didn't show any evidence proving...." That means they showed the courts their evidence. It just wasn't credible. But they absolutely presented it.

There absolutely, 100% was a chance...multiple chances, for Trump to present evidence to a court, and he showed up with zilch. He wasn't holding anything back. The courts saw it all, and found that it was nothing.

So stop saying "courts haven't seen the evidence" or "Trump hasn't had his day in court". He has. The courts found that he didn't have anything that would warrant wasting their time on.

That's how it works. You don't just ask for a trial based on some minor technicality and hope you get it and can unload all your "evidence" on them then. You have to show evidence that you even deserve a trial before you get one. Trump did that, and his "evidence" was found wanting.
