Obviously Nance didn't have the outling he would have hoped for but the offense was really disappointing. Saw a starter throwing 88-90 got him out of there in 3.2 and into their pen and could only manage 3 runs. Just not good enough.

Just enjoy the fact we made the tournament and have at least one more game to watch. This hasn't been the season we wanted but I feel lucky to see coach avent coach at least one more game. With two starting pitchers down I'll take the season we've had. Next year is a new year with new leadership.

Yep - surprised to get in at all. Good to get a chance to see us play a couple more games. Was hoping for a better performance, but it's pretty clear we are who we are at this point…

No pop in the lineup combined with a bad pitching staff isn't a recipe for success.

The good news is this offense is VERY inconsistent. So there is reason for optimism this afternoon.

I'd argue it's been pretty consistent since league play started. An unfortunate kind of consistent but consistent none the less, and that's been the big problem.
