Given the state of our pitching, I would think a weather delay hurts us way more than them. If all that mattered is what the home team wanted, we would've won that regional several years back.

By the time you're hot, not pitching at all and throwing 15-20 pitches does very little in terms of saving an arm.

**Assuming he doesn't throw 25+ pitches in the 9th**

What you're describing, Nance warns up, sits down, then he warms up again to bring him back in is literally the worst scenario
