Heath is at a 1.2 ERA and .7 WHIP since his first start. Averaging a k per inning as well.
Hurts not going to Consiglio yesterday. I assume he will piggyback this one, but could've figured today out with the series potentially locked up.

How has Budrovich not learned to just watch the outfielder to determine whether or not something has a chance?
We gotta consider platooning against some of these lefties. Multiple guys batting sub .200 up to this point.

If Bargo is a DH only option and appears to be a DP candidate just put Wiggins in as a LH DH.
And Wyatt Peifer needs more run at 3B plus he's a switch hitter
Head, McHugh, and Bargo struggling hurts. Need those 3 to get back on track and the sky is the limit.

I think pairing Consiglio and Andrews is a great idea, you are going to win a lot of Sundays doing that. But if you have a chance to win a series you go all in to do so.
Ultimately it comes down to Nance and Black have to be better at the backend.
Lot of errors today
Slow runner. No need to hurry and not get foot work right there.
**** like this is what makes a pitcher feel like he has to make perfect pitches.

Yeah maybe would've been different if Nance could've closed the full thing out on Friday. Would've thought the spacing to use them again today is there though if you ran Coop out to finish yesterday.

Team just overall looks a little sloppy since the mid-week.
Throwing to first is way more challenging today than it should be.
So state thinking not many runs being scored this game if you are playing small ball this early.

For sure. I don't think that is a slight on Coop in anyway either. I wonder if he is more comfortable coming out of the pen than Andrews.

Did it in huge spots two years ago so I'd think so. It definitely sets you up well for game 3s. I'm more of a figure it out guy, but I can understand the logic

Agree!! You have your highest average hitter at the plate, who has 2 hits on the day, has great speed and can beat out a lot of infield hits and then you try a stupid high school play to get a run. Let him hit! Just totally stupid.
Hate we blew that game yesterday, but pumped we at least won the series
