With all the Rhett Johnson hype talk I was a little surprised not to see him. Makes me wonder if him and McHugh split time in left or they just make him wait his turn?
Sherman probably feeling stressed already after making an error at third. Didnt think Ryan looked great at short either but they both hit.
Washington did not look great and probably on par or worse than someone like UNCG.
Looking forward to seeing how Dudan looks tomorrow.

Non state related and be warned but this is brutal. I've never seen that actually happen in a game before.

My guess is an out just like if you missed a bag. Assuming here but I would guess BC would have to appeal not touching the bag at second and he would be considered out.
My question is does he have to take an HR? Crawl to second call timeout and say that is all he wants. Doubt it but why not.

Seriously! More of a warning would have been nice! Like "his lower leg is going to snap like a twig" kind of warning!

Runner on first his run counts. Unless the batter can circle the bases it's ruled a single and a out.

Not in college. Pretty sure someone from BC could carry him around and touch the bases but that's it

I don't know about college, but I'm pretty sure a role exists in MLB for this specific scenario where they allow a pinch runner to run from the last base the hitter reached. But I may be wrong.
