Best part was watching Marohn strikeout and point and tell Cannarella to go back to the dugout after he was up there strutting between each pitch.

Wow, what a series. Excellent pitching, big time hitting and solid defense.
Another outstanding pitching performance by Marohn and Dudan. Fritton was not as good as he can be Friday, but he held Clemson in check. The other 5 guys that pitched slammed the door. Runners get on. No problem for the guys on the hill. Just complete domination on the mound and great defense behind them! Very impressive weekend by the pitching staff!
Sosa with another very timely bomb to give us a little more insurance. That talk he had with the coaches a few weeks back has got him using the whole field and driving it everywhere.
Everybody on the field continues to do their job which translates into really good baseball, which translates into wins! Keep it going next week against the Canes!

We don't have the biggest or the most up to date ballpark, but I compare it to Reynolds Coliseum at times. Visiting teams beware.

I love the math that a weekend sweep moves you 3 games apart versus a spit only moving you 1 game. Huge against a top team.

I know Clemson doesn't have the most explosive offense ever but holding them to 8 runs over 3 games is impressive as hell.

No idea, but when you've lost the series and you're losing the game, it looks really dumb.
Love the grit of this team. Avent got on them early in the year and they responded. Great coaching and execution. Very disciplined at the plate and Sosa is more patient. Moving Head to the leadoff is a fantastic move while having Nixon at the 7 is a luxury. Just Fantastic this weekend.
UNC will be tougher than Clemson. Who knows what Miami team you will get. Both are on the roadColonel Armstrong said:

State gave up 8 walks in the series. Fritton had 5 of them in his 4 innings, so only three walks the last 22 innings. No errors in the series.
Walks and errors always kill you in baseball and this weekend the Pack played winning baseball. Earl Weaver's baseball math is a perfect synopsis.

Somebody asked Elliott about Shane Van Dam possibly being able to come back and Avent said he will start throwing next week and there is a chance he will come back this season. It would be nice to get him back.
