They changed national seeding process a few years ago and seed #1-#16 without regard to conference in Super-Regionals.

Conference matchups in Regional is still a unless no other option, and there always is an option.

Can't wait to have no SEC teams have to pair up with each other and then throw a few ACC teams together. Have to protect and prop up that league at all costs…

Baseball America has UGA as their last National Seed in today's projection. We are right behind them as the No 9 seed.

Massive game this morning related to this, as the SECT is in single-elimination round, and UGA losing to LSU would IMO eliminate them from the top 8. Basically guarantees that spot goes to us, FSU or UVA, if you assume Big XII champ Oklahoma is at 7.

UGA got boat raced by LSU and the fighting Tommy Taters earlier today in Hoover.

10-4 ECU now. what an implosion for Rice that could've had a double play and out of this up 4-1 but the SS botched a routine ground ball.

I'd love to have a bizarro world where we put ECU in the ACC for this year and the Pack in whatever conference they are in. We would lose 2 games and they would win about 7. They would lose their minds.

Sounds like a pneumothorax (air outside the lung between the lung and rib).

Stick another needle in and evacuate the air and he should be good to go.

Some people especially really skinny individuals can get this spontaneously.

Sounds a lot worse than it really is in reality.

The NCAA Selection Show is set for Monday, May 27, at noon. The show will be televised on ESPN2 and ESPNU. NCAA Regional hosts will also be announced sometime on Sunday afternoon.

Speaking of the No. 8 spot in the national seed pecking order, keep an eye on Florida State and Virginia at the ACC tournament. Both teams are off to solid starts, while NC State, which has an RPI of 14, has been eliminated from advancing at the ACC tournament. That likely ends the Pack's quest to become a top-eight national seed.

Vanderbilt is playing well now, but was fairly pedestrian most of the season. Their RPI has jumped at least 10 spots in the last 3/4 days.

That's a hell regional for Clemson that they won't win IMO.

If NC State is hosting, appears pretty solid, and then Vanderbilt is the #2 Seed the 'Vandy Whistler' better be prepared to either get escorted out by security or get his ass kicked. Has to be one of the single most annoying 'Fans' I have ever seen on TV in any sport.

Thought it was interesting D1 didn't have an SEC team in UNC's region (Dallas Baptist was the 2).

Though we won't be a national seed, it seems like we've moved up to the #9-12 range which avoids the top few national seeds in super regionals.

Season ticket holders had to have requests in already

I saw $120 for regional book

Since visiting teams get tickets and Doak season tickets sold out, I doubt there will be many tickets available other than secondary market
