At the end of the day, the success of the teams comes down to how the coaches recruit and develop these kids. Unfortunately I'm not sure Avent still has the ability to get us to where we want to go. At the end of the day, the success of the teams comes down to how the coaches recruit and develop these kids. Unfortunately I'm not sure Avent still has the ability to get us to where we want to go. This is a debate for another time, but I'm not willing to donate anything that contributes to 20+ years of no titles lol. Gimme some fresh blood and I'd likely change my mind.

Clemson has money and will put it in baseball, you are definitely right about that. Their coach also got his start at Clemson as a grad assistant, so he was always partial to the program and looking to eventually make the move there.

Basically it is because the game Saturday was pushed back due to weather, so pushing Sunday's game gives the teams a little more rest but still allows Clemson to get back home before it's too late.
