Looks to me like a MBB sort of season. They will get on a bit of a run in the middle of the season vs. weak ACC teams and finish between 16-14 and 14-16 in the league, but the record is artificially inflated by the poor OOC schedule, so, unlike MBB, a 5th or 6th place finish in ACC may result in only a 3 seed in someone else's regional.

But there's not really any weak acc teams in baseball on our schedule
Have you actually looked at the schedule? We play Louisville, ECU and Wake back to back to back and b/c I'm sure you don't know that's us playing 3 top 10 teams in the middle of the season. Oh and after playing UNCW midweek we play top 25 FSU next. 4 top 25 teams in the middle of the season...89_Grad said:

You should also re-read Alex Gee's posts about the OOC schedule. It's not as weak as you want to think just b/c it doesn't have the names of schools you know.

Yeah, I had accidently pulled up the re-air without realizing it. Just so happened it was in the innings I didn't see yesterday so I didn't even pick up on it since I didn't have audio on (still "working"). Yes, I'm a dumbass. I've got the NCAA Tournament, wrestling, and baseball on while "working" as well so I just assumed the ACC Network was showing the live game. Pretty sure we went after Ethan O'Donnell, he was really good at Purdue and he's been good at UVA. He's been legit in CF for them.
UVA is a really really good team and we're playing toe to toe with them so far, just hate that stupid mistakes ruined last night. Bats just haven't found any holes today so far.
