This looks to be out of the area in 30 minutes or so. Its moving pretty quickly. We'll see if they crank it back up. I expect them to be playing by 9pm or so.

Incredible job of managing the weather by the Pack. Got all they could out of Whitaker and didn't have to use a new pitcher. UNC likely has to pull their starter early (although UNC isn't exactly known for taking care of their arms so we'll see)

They had no one up in the bullpen when they suspended the game. They were trying to ride him as long as possible - even after State tied it up with Tommy's doubleEthanBarry said:

We were thinking 2 hour delay when they suspended the game. It was a pretty big cell and they have to wait 30 minutes from the last lightning strike before they can get back on the field. I was surprised they waited so long to suspend the game. I was standing in the UNC dugout watching the lightning to the South. Called it while I was walking back to the State dugout to pack up my cameras.EthanBarry said:
