In my last post, I mistakenly thought that the link I was posting was exclusively to the matches I was referring to. The link goes to the "main" page with all the matches. Just go to the match you want and click on it, and it will bring up the stats and the live stream of the match.
The results from this tournament work out extremely well for the Wolfpack. Mia Slama and Lavinia Tanasie are now qualified for the NCAA in singles, and will not need to play in singles at the Sectional tournament in a few weeks, and can just focus and use all their energy to try to qualify as a doubles team. And Tori Osuigwe is now qualified in doubles and can devote all her time and energy at the Sectionals to try to qualify for singles.
At the Sectional, a total of 6 more singles and 3 more doubles teams can qualify for NCAAs. Hopefully at the Sectional we can get Osuigwe and/or Pursoo qualified in singles and at least one more doubles team qualified.
And that's a really big win for Tanasie today over Kaitlyn Carnicella, who is currently ranked #23 in singles in D1 NCAA. Tanasie seems to have upped her game slightly from last season so far this fall.
