Looking ahead to 2025 women's cross country, you have to think Angelina Napoleon is going to be a force. This track season she improved from a 9:54 PR in the steeple to just running a 9:10.

At 2024 XC Nationals she was our #4 runner finishing 96th. I would predict she's AA this coming fall.

If we could have most people healthy in XC this fall, IMO we should be among the 2 or 3 top teams in the nation for sure with a very good chance of winning the title. A healthy Gapes with Hartman, Napoleon and Rauber…and Michalak, Shea, Putman and maybe a few of the super talented freshman…would be very tough to beat. BYU wil be very good, but we could beat them if healthy.
