NC State gymnastics head coach
Kim Landrus announced the Wolfpack's
2025 schedule on Thursday.
Wolfpack fans will get an early preview of this year's squad when the Pack hosts the annual Red & White Exhibition on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024.
The Wolfpack's 45th season-opener is set for Jan. 4, 2025, as NC State takes on its former conference foe and 2024 EAGL conference champion Towson at home.
The dual meet against the Tigers is the first of five dual meets at Reynolds Coliseum for NC State this season. The Wolfpack's first ACC meet comes Feb. 2 when it hosts Cal in just the third meeting between the programs. The Pack continues its home schedule with a meet against Pittsburgh on Feb. 8, followed by a rivalry showdown with North Carolina on Feb. 21. NC State wraps up its home schedule with a marquee non-conference matchup against Ohio State on March 7. The Buckeyes finished the 2024 season ranked No. 13 nationally.
For the second consecutive year, NC State will compete in the Sprouts Farmers Market Collegiate Quad on Jan. 10 at 9 p.m. ET at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The event, which will stream live on ACC Network, includes Arizona, Clemson, and Michigan, along with ACC rivals Cal, Pitt, and Clemson among the 12 participating teams.
The Wolfpack's road schedule includes three key conference duals, beginning with a showdown against Stanford on Jan. 18. The Cardinal, which concluded the 2024 season ranked fifth nationally, will kickoff its ACC slate with a match up against the reigning ACC Champions. Following Stanford, the team faces North Carolina on Jan. 24. Later in the season, the Pack visits Clemson for another conference showdown on Feb. 14.
NC State will then travel to Ames, Iowa, for its first tri-meet of the season on Feb. 28, facing Iowa State and Denver.
To conclude the regular season, NC State will travel to Washington, D.C., to compete in its final quad meet against George Washington, Maryland and Towson on March 14.
With an eye on securing its second consecutive ACC title, NC State will open its postseason on Saturday, March 22, at the ACC Championship in Greensboro, North Carolina.
NCAA Regionals are slated for April 2-5, with locations varying. Under Coach Landrus' leadership, the Wolfpack has qualified for NCAA Regionals every year during her eight-season tenure.
The NCAA National Championship will be held April 17-19 in Fort Worth, Texas.
