A gentleman that works at Stitch, his son had open heart surgery. Well, he's a big Bryson DeChambeau fan. My brother texted Bryson and asked if he would send a message for the son. Bryson sent back a message immediately. It was really cool!! I can't wait to hear about the son's reaction..

Like much of the southeastern portion of the United States, Augusta, Georgia was severely impacted by Hurricane Helene last September. And for Augusta National Golf Club, home of the Masters, Mother Nature impacted some of the course's most iconic holes.

The damage done by Helene, however, won't be a major part of the CBS broadcast. Speaking on a press call in preparation of next week's Masters Tournament, CBS's lead golf producer Sellers Shy said that the network will not show any before-and-after images of the golf course pre and post-Helene. "We're covering the tournament the way it is presented to us and the way the club would like to present it. So [before-and-after images are] not in the cards," Shy stated.

Bryson is one of the most loved player on tour nowadays. To see the fans swarm him is amazing. Not the way Tiger was, in his prime; however, he's got a strong, strong following now.

His image has changed significantly!

In the early days of us clothing him, people try to advise my brother against it. My brother has always contended Bryson was just misunderstood in those days. That said, their relationship has maintained even through LIV taking a big payday with Reebok. For the Crushers, they really liked Stitch.

At one LIV tournament, prior to the event, my brother was having lunch with Paul Casey. Paul asked my brother if he saw one of his recent Instagram post…. Paul had gone to the Porsche factory to pick out a car. Paul said to me brother… hey, I wore that Stitch shirt, without all the LIV stuff, because I know how much you like cars (my brother is a big car enthusiast). He said LIV gave him a hard time for not wearing LIV stuff; however, he said forget them, this is my personal life…

Nonetheless, we get access… At the US Open, last year, I was able to spend time (albeit short) with Bryson, inside the ropes. He's just a really good guy….

Actually, I think Bryson's probably more popular now with the ardent golf fan than he's ever been... how can anybody not be drawn to what he does?

Phil? Not so much... kind of like he's fallen off the end of the earth, if you know what I mean...

Phil could have been dominating the Senior Tour for four years already and still playing in as many PGA events as he wanted to, but instead he chose to turn himself into a pariah. Completely ruined his legacy.

If Bryson wins today, he will certainly be a deserving champion and I will be the first here to recognize that, but I'll be pulling for a PGA Tour Professional to win instead.

Why exactly do you say Phil is considered a "pariah" and "ruined his legacy"? Genuinely asking. I'm not asking that in a "smartass" way or anything. I haven't had television for the last 6 months (cancelled it completely), and don't know what the latest "Establishment" talking points are against him, or whatever. Of course I do know he was getting a ton of flack from the Establishment PGA types for being one of the first to go over to LIV.

I still love Phil just as much as I always did. Actually even more. He's got guts and does it his own way. It's just a game and entertainment. And he engages with his fans, makes fun of himself and brings entertainment value to the game.
