1. I don't seem to remember this for some reason, but I was following NASCAR pretty closely during that timeframe..
2. How do you flip at Bristol?
3. Started the race two nights later. Qualifying? or Practice?

Either qualifying or practice. Cut a tire coming into turn 4
It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great.

Not sure if Storm is into podcast or not, but Byron has been on the show before and it was a really good listen.

Man, I really like Harvick. Will definitely take a listen. But in line at C-F waiting for gates to open, so won't be today, lol.

How is Zilisch doing this on a road course 2 weeks post shoulder surgery?
It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great.

Didn't some other guy just get into his equipment for the very first time last week and win at Daytona?

Correct, but that win from last week goes to Connor. Cause per the rule Connor started the race. PS, sorry I know that you weren't asking me.

Wasn't my point. I'm asking how much of it is just the far superior equipment?

Crazy isn't it? One would think that it would be hard turning left then right. Plus the shifting involved.

Good question and one I've been looking at. His current car is Hendrick / JMS car. Arguably the best of the best. Next year at Trackhouse, he won't be in that good of equipment. Not to say he isn't good though. We've seen this before, as recently as Cole Custer and Ty Gibbs. Cole probably isn't the best example all things considered.

I like the 6:00 PM start time on a Sunday over Labor Day weekend... should match up well with other activities.

Jr. Motor Sports has 14 wins this year. 8 by Zilisch. They have far superior equipment. JGR would be next. And then RCR.

The #19's win last night reminded me of a race Cale Yarborough won back in the late 70's. Funny the announcers were trying so hard to make the race sound interesting in the last 15 laps. Chase had that race in the bag

I did distinctively notice that Diffey's microphone has been turned down a notch or two again now so that you can actually hear the other two talk again.
