The NC State men's golf team opened the 2023-24 season this week at the Folds of Honor Collegiate and redshirt junior Nick Mathews led the Pack with a second place finish.

The Pack finished in a tie for 10th place as a team at the 54-hole tournament that was held at the American Dunes Golf Club in Grand Haven, Mich.

Mathews fired a four-under 67 in the first round to take the 18-hole lead on the 90-player field. He followed up with a one-under par 70 to stay in first through two rounds. The Mebane, N.C. shot a 76 in the final round to finish in a tie for second place at even-par for the tournament.

The second place finish is the top finish for Mathews in his collegiate career.

Spencer Oxendine was next for the Pack in a tie for 37th place. The Fayetteville, N.C., got better every round, shooting a 76 on Monday, a 74 on Tuesday before an even-par 71 on Wednesday in the third and final round.

Ethan Choi and Joey Lenane finished in a tie for 58th place at 15-over par. Lenane posted a four-under par 67 in the second round to lead NC State on the second day.

Lenane and Mathews were the only players to shoot a four-under par 67 in the three-day tournament.

Freshman Adam Pedersen made his collegiate debut in the tournament. The freshman did not post a score on Monday in the first round but had rounds of 79 and 74 in the final two rounds to finish 11-over par.

NC State is back in action at the end of September when it travels to Durham to play in the Rod Myers Invitational at Duke Golf Club.

Fantastic! Can't wait to follow the NC State men's golf journey in the 2023-24 season. The schedule looks promising. Wishing the team great success on the course! I've always wanted to play fruit slots, but I didn't know where to start. Until now! Fruit slot machines are one of the most popular online casino games. They've been around for decades, and they're still as popular today as they were when they were in the box office. But now they're on the internet, too. Fruit-themed slots have taken over the online casino world like never before. With decades of industry knowledge, This https://bestcasinoplay.com/online-slots/fruit-slots/ website curated a collection of the most addictive fruit games in Canada. I've been playing fruit slot machines for years, and I've always loved them. Now I'm rediscovering why they're so popular. Let's take a journey back to the heart of casino gaming and rediscover why fruit slot machines are so much fun to play.
