Canes got some sort of bug going through the team. Aho and Hall missed Thursday night but skated this morning. Others played but were not 100% against Chicago. Staal is questionable tonight along with some others.

Canes have gotten points in the last 7 games.

Better than any NHL game EVER (prior was NBC's 8.9 million for Game 7 of Bruins-Blues Cup Final in 2019)
Still not the Canada-USA Gold Medal game at Vancouver Olympics 2010 (27.6 million on NBC)

i think the uncertainty with Mikko is effecting multiple levels on the ice and in the office. i like the mikko - aho - svech line but for the canes who have little depth in scoring, that put the pressure on them to produce. 4th line is basically non existent and the 3rd line struggles without carrier. hopefully he is back for the playoffs.
