Will be very interesting to see how the ladies do. They had to pull out all the stops to win a highly competitive ACC meet. Can they come back three weeks later and better their times? That's a hard task.

We scratched from the 800 free relay last night. So no points. Solid swims this morning. We have a good chance of being in 4th place after tonight.

Women post 2nd fastest time for the 200 Medley Relay. This means that we have one individual swimmer in the A finals and 2 in the B finals; plus the A final relay team. Like I posted earlier in the week, it is very difficult to have to go "all in" on a conference meet, like we did for the ACCs, and then to regroup, train again, and then retaper for the NCAAs. I am proud of our women. They are fighters, but we will not see huge drops in times at the NCAAs until we are sufficiently better than UVa and Louisville and can win the ACCs without a taper for it.

Pack finishes 7th, just 2.5 points behind 5th place Texas. The only lose two seniors of this team - Haan and Jahns. The future is very bright.
