I think UK has the upper hand right now. They are one program who can swoop in at the last minute like that.

I was wondering if it was because he was hurt. I know he messed up one of his shoulder right after signing. Thought he would red shirt, but I guess no one is redshirting this year.

I think cone is more athletic but he's also 5'9 while pass is 6 foot
