Hoop Seen is usually pretty good with nc talent, they have Smith ranked 3rd right behind Stylez and Dunn.

Pass is a very solid 3 point shooter.

Pass almost averaged a triple-double on in his junior season with 21.1 points, 7.4 rebounds, 7.3 assists, and 3.2 steals per contest. The six-foot guard would shoot 54.1 percent from the floor and 44.2 percent from beyond the arc this past winter.

In total the state has 5 top 100 players, and 9 top 200 players. Getting Pass would be a pretty good snag considering how his stock has risen over the past few months

Pass would seem to fit in that Braxton role (shooter who can be a secondary ball-handler, even the primary ball-handler if needed), except bigger and more athletic (which I assume would likely make him a better defender). And honestly since he's a guy that has split time between football and basketball up to now, I would think he might have more potential to improve than some other guys as he shifts 100% focus to basketball. IMO bringing in a shooter should be plan A and plan B with this last scholarship, and Pass fills that need.

I feel like if he can shoot then he can play that 2nd ball handler role that Brax and Thomas are going to man for the next 2 seasons.

I think we should always recruit shooters when we have the chance.

They have Jeff Battle who still has great connections in the area from his days at Wake. Ivan Thomas is another asst who was the coach of Boo Williams and a very respected HS coach in Hampton, VA.
