Smits is a great option but I think I would consider atleast reaching out to Blackshear or try to get Hall to re-class to 2019.

I think the staff has someone else they're looking at as well but I could be wrong. Like last year when Lockett seemingly came out of nowhere

Hall has stated he isn't reclassing, and we likley have reached out to Blackshear and that one is highly unlikely.

I think if you can swap Smits for Walker and Keeling for Lecque (assuming we keep Markell) this team could put itself in a position to be a top 10 team

New transfers are being announced almost daily. Some kids have to make sure they have the grades to move on. There were rumors of another potential PostGrad looking at NCSU but nothing concrete.

2020 target is injured some how. I tried to figure out how on Twitter but no one has announced

I read online it was an acl injury.

That usual means the guy is not playing next year and since the tour is for "Seniors" and guys that are not playing next year. Rumor at one of the Barnstorming events was he appears to have elected to not play college ball next year.

But as they say - kids change their minds - the door is open to leave or returns for any of the guys and we are active for more players for a reason.

Brandon kamga from high point is a grad transfer who averaged 13.8 and 5.2 rpg last year. Also a 37% career 3 point shooter. Another 6'5'' guard. I have no clue who has reached out but could be a name to look out for

Smits would be a really good addition. There were times last season when there was no presence in the lane defensively for State. DF did what he could and WW did too. DF was often playing out of position out of necessity and WW played hard but was often on an island inside defensively. State's lack of size was a big limitation at times. 4 guys 6'5" on the court at the same time didn't seem to work well. If 2-3 of them were excellent shooters, it would have been fine, but....

What on earth is Manning's recruiting pitch? "The school owes me so much money that I guarantee I'll be around for your freshman season, and maybe even one more after that"?
