Julian Benbow offered a little more insight into Martin Jarmond's decision in The Globe this afternoon. The full article can be viewed here. Jarmond, who was quoted extensively on his rationale, offered that he saw the lack of progress linked more to program investment issues than coaching. Jarmond worked with Christian to identify areas that needed immediate improvement to make the program more competitive in the ACC and pledged to invest resources where needed.

So what are these investments to the program? Jarmond pointed to needs in the areas of recruiting, travel, locker room facilities, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. He promised significant improvements to the locker rooms during the offseason, additional strength and conditioning staff for the men's basketball team, and increased recruiting budget for Christian's staff.

Has a brother at BC
Has AAU teammates at BC
His Dad played for BC's asst coach in HS
Same asst has strong recruting connections in Mass and is from Boston.



It really isnt that hard to see where this one appears to be going.


As for Langford, plays a lot like Torin Dorn. Strong kid, good defender, plays bigger than he is.......but cant really shoot the 3 ball

I don't remember that far back, but there's been a LOT of mistakes on his part with the CB. Football especially, I think.

It says he picked nc state but he could have changed it the day of

Really needs shooter in this class that can defend multiple positions. Hopefully a really good combo guard.
