Night game tomorrow night. We plan on getting there right at tailgate time. Menu is hotdogs ( both red and beef ) chips and dip. Beer of course. What else is everyone doing?
tomahawk pork chops. Brine in salt and hard apple cider. Smoke then finish on the grill with a bourbon maple glaze. Side of bourbon bacon baked beans first smoked for 2 hours then a hour on the grill on a low simmer.

One crock pot pork butt, one smoked porked butt, baked beans, slaw, wings, and maybe some chick-fil-a for the kids.
Brats, red potato salad, jello-shots, black bean and corn salsa.

Would get a pic of the shots but made 50 and sealed in foil in frig last nite. Best app out there. Have the 5 3 pound tri tips also marinating in a delicious garlic marinade. Ready for tomorrow.
I use a tabletop blackstone so anything goes. Tomorrow is simple smash burgers with some chips and dip. Might do some onion burgers depending on what everyone wants. Hoping to shock the world again (line currently -6)

Food lion wet bag. Trim off skin. Marinade several bags in various flavors
I have 5 season tickets for each member of my family. Morning/afternoon games we use all but outside of that have had trouble getting 5 people to go to each game.

Doing some lollipop lamb chops for appetizer...been a good luck tradition the last several years...following up for dinner with some pork chops. Went cheap with burgers n brats last week so pulling out the good stuff for season finale and hopefully beat down of the holes.

I'm actually not the biggest fan of them. you are paying for the presentation. but if you are ever coming through Rose Hill, NC stop at the IGA there. they have the best meat prices hands down and i don't mind getting the tomahawk there because of how great their pricing is.
today they had filet mignon for 11.99/pound

Cold night, so we are foregoing the parking lot tailgating and heading up to the Dail Club for some smoked prime rib, cornbread crusted catfish bites, pulled Buffalo chicken sliders and BBQ chicken drumsticks!
Decided to fire up the charcoal for some burgers, dogs, and brats. Buffalo Chicken Dip and Smoked Mac/Cheese as the sides. Last game of the season calls for charcoal filling the air. GTHC!
