For those going. You may be invited to a "bar-b-cue". That's nothing more than grilled hamburgers.

Love Georges.
Spicewalla has some good rubs. I use the Carolina BBQ Rub for a dry rub.

George's is my go to based on availability because it's cheap and Food Lion always has it - sort of mentioned that earlier in the thread
If you want to spend a little more and support (sort of) NC State people - Redneck BBQ Lab has a fantastic ENC "Sawse" for about $6/bottle that I have found at Harris Teeter.
I actually used both their rub and their sauce this weekend after fixing my Recteq (also mentioned in this thread!), it paired quite well on Friday night with salty tears from UNC and bourbon.

George's is even better if you can find the dry ingredients and mix it yourself!

...going to try Primanti sliders and the Mrs is going to cook up some pierogies.
...I'm gonna swing by Chick Fil-A and pick up a couple orders of waffle fries to use as the "french fry" and get a long loaf of Italian bread and slice into "slider" size.

Wasn't sure where to put this, but wondering about what is allowed in the parking lots when it comes to heaters.
Can you bring one of the tall propane space heaters out there? Or is that not allowed. I feel like I should know that answer, but I don't.

If you're talking about this type, we've brought them before
