I agree with the Water Cooler placement, but things like this tend to get lost at sea in the Water Cooler and this is meant to be football season centric aka tailgating etc., but just an idea I'm putting out there.

I'd agree. Many of us don't even venture over to the water cooler these days, and this is football centric

I have a list of about 15 different main course with side menus and 8 appetizer starters for tailgates. Always adding to this main list. Have down each home game this season what I anticipate cooking from this list. I do adjust thru the season if weather dictates an easier needed meal or if I know we have an unusual number of folks planning to show up for a particular game. Generally do a basic menu for away games where we haul the tailgating gear. Pack Football is so much more fun with major pre game tailgating.

Glad we can have a thread here. The old water cooler grill thread was always fun until we had to start wading through all the "aliens were behind 9/11" mess.

For ECU I'm doing my take on Big Mac smash tacos on the blackstone. Likely have some sort of smoked cream cheese appetizer to start things off.
It appears my hypocrisy knows no bounds.
