What do you think about these supposed "bombs" allegedly sent to Soros, Hillary, and other prominent leftists?
Too coincidental, right before the midterms. Cui bono...who benefits? None of the "bombs" detonated, and evidence is showing that these weren't even real explosive devices. They are like props.
99.9% chance it's a stunt by the Leftist/Democrat Establishment in complicity with the establishment media, to try to help the Democrats in the election. They saw the early voting results favoring the Republicans, and they panicked and staged this ruse.
Your opinion you are entitled to but it's that type of thinking from the right and an equally crazy thinking from the left that has this country in the position it is now. Far right and far left is the issue and neither of you on either side seem capable of figuring that out.
Here's my position on the current political situation. We really have a one-party system. The Republican and Democrat party Establishments are both controlled by the same shadowy elite or "special interests". They only pretend to be "opposing" each other in order to give the public the illusion that we have control over our government. Yes, there are some differences between the two parties, but they are not that significant. Both parties support the illegal wars in the Mid East, government spying and the rise of the police state, big government and big spending, and do nothing to stop the illegal alien invasion of our nation.
All that said, the Republicans are much better than the Democrats, because the Democrats are now an openly communist party that openly argues for policies that will destroy America -- including pushing for total open borders, abolishing the 2nd Amendment, and raising taxes and making America a total socialist/communist nation with a socialist health care system and "free" college, etc. The Republicans at least
CLAIM to want to do the right thing and oppose these policies, saying that they want to stop illegal immigration, want smaller government, will protect the 2nd Amendment, want lower taxes, etc. The problem with the Republicans is that once elected, they reverse their positions on many of these issues and end up doing the opposite of what they said they wanted to do.
I supported and voted for Trump because he campaigned on a platform in which he presented himself as an "outsider" and not part of the Republican or Democrat party Establishment. He said he was against the illegal wars in the Mid East, and seemed genuine in his positions to stop illegal immigration and oppose the "globalist" agenda.
For the most part, so far Trump has been true to the agenda he campaigned on. However, there have been some major disappointments -- including his continuation of the wars in the Mid East, with Trump having troops staying in Afghanistan, and continuing military actions inside of Syria. Also, the failure to repeal Obamacare and his support for the Establishment GOP bill for an "Obamacare Lite" was a betrayal. So...I'm still optimistic that Trump may actually pursue an anti-Establishment agenda, but am becoming concerned that he may just be another Establishment plant, and has duped us like so many before.
