Unfortunately it's a "conspiracy" that we're seeing over and over. Same thing happened to Paramount, who needed a merger approved and handed Trump a $15 million settlement for a case they could have easily won. Another MASSIVE problem with the official story is the trajectory of the shot.

As I understand, the official claim is that Robinson was located on a roof directly in front of Kirk. It seems that Kirk was NOT wearing body armor on his chest. And so the bullet did not hit his chest and bounce up to his neck.

The wound that was on the Left side of Kirk's neck was an exit wound. Notice also that Kirk's head moves to his left with the impact of the bullet. Also, it appears the bullet may have struck his spine, causing paralysis.

All this means that the shot actually came from Kirk's RIGHT side. It likely had an entry wound into somewhere near his right ear or neck. It could then impact his spine, exit on the left side of his neck, and cause his head to move to his left.

So Robinson on the roof directly in front of Kirk could not have been the shooter.

You can "barely see him in the video"? WHAT? No…we can very clearly see a person jumping off the roof, and if there was a (fully assembled) long rifle on that person, we would be able to see it.

If he were to try to put that rifle in the backpack, half of it would be sticking out. And we are to believe that he just carried out the shooting. So if that were the case, he would NOT want to be seen walking around with half of a long rifle protruding from his backpack, because he was walking right past a bunch of parked cars and cars driving down the road right after getting off that roof, and would have been easily seen with the rifle.

As I discussed in my previous post, from the trajectory of the shot, the shooter could not have taken the shot from that roof directly in front of Kirk, where Robinson supposedly was on that roof.

Just found this video, with footage that could possibly show the glint of the bullet and flash of gunshot coming from Kirk's right.

Also, I'm seeing that most people analyzing this, including gun experts, do not believe that a 30-06 round was used, as this is a very large/heavy round that would cause much more damage than we saw. Also, the sound of the gunshot was not as loud as a 30-06 shot would be. They are saying a smaller caliber was used, like 5.56.

To me it looks like it him in the chest (both shoulders go forward as does the head, like a car crash) the bullet ricochets off the spine and exits the neck. He might just have survived if not for the ricochet and one in a million, cutting of the artery.
