Have you never used the intertronz? If you'll use "Keywords" such as FAA or Aviation and then search your state of choice, you'll see jobs in that state. There are several websites like this on. Heck, the FAA has one just for its self.

Anyway, this is going nowhere. You simply refuse to acknowledge DEI hiring practices have limited the effectiveness of the FAA. I hope you think about that the next time you or someone you love has air travel.
