MonkeyWerx's show this weekend discussed a group of retired special operations guys working as a group in Western NC. One of the leaders, a straight shooter, says he has spoken to a coroner up there who told him he has personally gone through more than 12,000 body bags.

Another report from Steve Baker on the ground in the North Carolina mountains. He says the FEMA has a massive footprint on the ground and warehouses full of stuff, but he doesn't know if they are getting it out or not. Some of the hardest hit areas still have not seen any Federal help. Totally disgraceful but predictable.

The article makes this out to be one rogue supervisor. I think that's just what this is. But the workers treating this as an actual order is ridiculous.

Maybe the workers didn't think anything of it as it's likely not the first time they've been instructed on who to skip? Turns out yet another "conspiracy theory" of FEMA being worthless and not really interested in helping is turning out to be true.

At least we have a paper trail of this insanity being done in FEMA and how they've targeted conservatives to not help them. I was assured this was not the case. LOL

I hope that there is a reckoning within the FEMA structure. Not sure how that works in that this appears to be a county employee working for FEMA? But you have to look at the direct supervision of this lady and do something to make sure this never happens again.


This is what happens when you make an enemy of your neighbor because they have differing political beliefs. This happens on both sides of the coin. That needs to change. We are all Americans.

Does it though? Conservatives are targeted frequently by the left whether with lawfare, withholding aid, etc. Turns out the media and members of the left constantly calling one side nazis, garbage, deplorables, etc. and telling anyone who will listen how their life will be over if they're elected actually has consequence as people do listen to that crap. No one on the right in those same positions are calling liberals that or making cases for them basically being terrorists in this country.

We are all Americans and I'm hopeful that the rest of the left will get their heads out of their collective assss in the next election once orange man is no longer there to be the villain and vote for more common sense and less extremism much the way the country did a hard shift to the right this week.

Hi guys! As many of you may know, I have been heavily involved in relief efforts in WNC. I've now made 4 separate trips up there to deliver critical supplies to some of the hardest hit areas and have been able to do additional fundraising in order to help a young man (21 years old) with no family whose landlord was going to be evicting him from his apartment after he lost his job and his truck was damaged after rescuing people and helping them evacuate during the height of the storm, for the sole reason than there are now people with housing assistance vouchers who could move in and pay rent.

Below are photos from my last visit up there just over 2.5 weeks ago. This is still the scene in so many of the small communities surrounding the Asheville area. What's more gut wrenching are the number of people and families still living in "tent cities" all across WNC.

I need your help! I have been able to partner with a company called Disaster Dinners who prepare high quality shelf stable nutritious meal kits that can be warmed using hot packs that come with each kit. For every 15 pack of meal kits I'm able to purchase ($115) they are going to donate an additional 3 meal kits for free to help me be able to provide as many meals as possible to those still homeless and living in tents. I'm calling this my "THANKS-GIVING-BACK" fundraising drive and could use your support! My next trip up there is planned for the weekend of 11/23, meaning I have about 10 days to take advantage of this partnership to help multiply the number of meals we can provide.

A good follow on X right now is Matt Van Swol. He's posting a ton of content and videos of CURRENT state in western NC and it's literally like the storm was yesterday. And this isn't in some far reaching community high in the mountains, it's in Asheville.

People living in tents all over the place as winter is coming fast, trash piled everywhere just as it was when the storm waters went down, cars in trees, shipping containers randomly in places, of course roads still missing.

I get you can't do everything at once and it will take a very long time to recover but a lot of this area hasn't even been touched. Where is our government?
