I've never bought scratch-offs, and hate standing behind those indecisive people who are buying scratch-offs. They take forever.

I agree! I can spare a few dollars…. We all know the likelihood of winning is worse than being struck by lightning, twice; however, somebody ultimately wins these dang things…
