Considering that robinson was the party's first choice, i have zero confidence that they could pick a candidate that could over take stein if this were true. i would love to see robinson get the boot though.

I preferred Mark Walker for a variety of reasons. Part of the issue with Mark Robinson was I don't think he was vetted that much by Republicans because there is a stigma in vetting an African American. Nobody wants to be called racist in today's society .... especially in primary.

I think the Democrats have the same issue with Tim Walz. Walz was never vetted because the liberal press in Minn has been too busy tickling his feet for the last 10 years. Now all his skeletons come tumbling out...

Newsflash : Kamala is a terrible candidate and the autopsy on that choice come Nov 6th will be enjoyable to sit back and watch .

For either political party to dump their candidate after they have been duly chosen by their voting block is corrupt. It is obvious that is what the Dems did with Biden and worked feverishly to even prevent other viable candidates - RFK - to amount any competition in the primary. This is just another example of what it really means to undermine and cut the throat of democracy. Robinson is clearly a bad candidate and unfortunately Republicans will pay the price at the ballot box. But, to imply or suggest that any political party can/should change candidates on a whim after they have been rightfully chosen is again the Democrats doing what they do best - cheat at all costs!
