No, moron. There was a dispute that affected a whopping 1000 ballots or so, where the voters forgot to hand write the date on an envelope that already had a post office timestamp on it. The date in no way affected the security of the ballots, and everyone thinks the rule is stupid.

Hilariously, Dave McCormick was railing against this exact rule last election when he barely lost to Dr Oz.

Anyway, the Dem supreme court clarified that the rule must be enforced, and that's that. But let me get you your smelling salts.

Yes, if they states that currently don't have voter id laws adapt the ones that have been upheld by courts. This is an easy thing to make happen, although it isn't going to change much of anything.

yep, election was clean as a whistle in Pa, Az, Wi and NV this year. Elections are so tightly run this is just added paperwork and red tape. You're right again Sieve :-)
