Democrats ARE the party of hate.

Totally, and up is down, and we've always been at war with Eurasia.

Just listen to the party of love! Here they are now, goose-stepping for some reason:

Stewart and Oliver's researchers are so good. The stuff they dig up is gold.

I sometimes forget about Trump misidentifying his ex-wife on the witness stand and confusing her with the lady accusing him of rape.

There are a bunch of levels to that but none are particularly positive regarding Trump's mental state.

And you voted for this guy, not worried about his mental state. What changed?

Yep.

And 5 years ago Biden was not confusing pictures of a woman he raped with pictures of his wife.

He's not doing that now either, come to think of it.

The funny thing about polling... how does anyone believe a single poll that is released? I've been contacted numerous times to participate, and I always refuse, see no value.

Every Dem on social media is posting poll after poll showing their candidate in the lead in a given state, but perhaps the margins differ across polls but they only show their candidate in the lead.

Every Rep on social media is posting poll after poll showing their candidate in the lead in a given state, but perhaps the margins differ across polls but they only show their candidate in the lead.

Then you have the various media platforms showing polls that depict their candidate-of-choice is slightly ahead but it's close and folks need to make sure they vote!

It's all a racket. Polls were "wrong" in 2016, they were "wrong" in 2020... they're actually not wrong, it's just that polls are a joke at this point and used to generate clicks/momentum.

All of which is why you rate them longitudinally for accuracy and aggregate them, both of which cut down on error.

The polls struggled in 2016 with Trump. They were better in 2020 but obviously not perfect. They have historically been quite accurate in many races and are often directionally informative even if actual results vary by some normal margin of error.

Regardless, to me, it's just data, which is often interesting.

People are gonna see right thru that crap. A rally at MSG compared to a Hitler rally? That screams desperation at the 11th hour from msnbc and anyone watching that can see the desperation.
It reminded me of the Donald O'Brien / Dylan Murphy episode on Seinfeld.

Mr. Trump didn't rape anyone. That's democrat manufactured outrage. Happens every time a republican runs for a seat. That and the race card.

I've been told Vegas never gets it wrong.

I actually love the sports betting comparison.

Vegas predicts straight-up winners "wrong" all the time in sports betting especially as spreads approach a pick-em. It's just also interesting how often games finish pretty close to the closing spread. Both are true.

Harris is a very mild dog right now, probably in the neighborhood of 55/45 to win the EC, but you'd think she was a 21-point underdog based on takes on here.

Betting markets on politics are almost exclusively international so it's not Vegas. Betting on politics in the US has long been illegal and literally just became legal in the last few weeks so most of the action on this election is European betting.

Touchdown favorites (pretty big favorites) lose straight-up 30% of the time. 9-point favorites lose 25% of the time. Two-touchdown favorites (massive favorites) still lose 15% of the time.

We don't bat an eye at 3-point favorites losing in football. We shouldn't bat an eye if it happens in this election either.

This current race is very close based on polling. What will be so interesting is that polling error normally correlates, i.e. if polling is off a little in one state, it's likely off a comparable amount in surrounding states or other similar (swing) states.

So despite this race being a virtual toss-up, if there is a correlated error by even a point or two across multiple states it could lead to one candidate or the other sweeping the toss-up swing states and the final EC count looking like a blowout even though the underlying fundamentals were very close.

Silver actually has this I believe as the most common outcome in his model forecast - something like a 40% chance that one candidate or the other sweeps the 7 swing states.

If Biden was an empty suit how did he have one of the most effective implementations of his agenda in modern presidential history?

What president was more effective at implementing his agenda in the last 40-50 years?

And what does that say about Trump, who hardly got **** done in his first term? He built a little bit of wall and cut taxes. Did he do anything else of legislative consequence?

Regarding Trump raping Carrol, a judge and court disagrees with you.

Gaslighting civ. Trump has not been convicted of rape. One of civ's democrat *****s cried rape, but Trump was never charged criminally. Gaslighting civ lies though and says he was. Just a garbage person who delegitimize true cries of rape because he loves his ***** Democrat women who simply use it as a political tool.

Are these distinctions you really want to hang your hat on?

Case technicalities about standing, and whether what be did should be called sexual battery/assault or rape?

Hilarious that you know the details of the penetration. Talk about a ****ing nutjob.

He was found to have "digitally penetrated" her 25 years after the fact. How exactly do they "find" that 25 years later? Yeah. I think a reasonable person would question the accusations, but not bat**** folks like Kamala/Biden supporters. We know you want to "hang your hat" on Dem *****s. Whatever it takes!!!

I followed details of the case at the time. It doesn't matter what the judge says, it's what the jury determined. I found the case very questionable.

From various articles -

"As a civil trial, the burden of proof for the battery claim was lower than in a criminal proceeding. Rather than be certain "beyond a reasonable doubt," as criminal trials require, Carroll needed to prove her case "by a preponderance of the evidence" in other words, the jurors needed only to believe Carroll's version of events was more likely true than not."

"The jury, which deliberated fewer than three hours, opted not to find Trump liable for rape but rather sexual abuse that injured Carroll."

This is a civil case, not a criminal one. The jury was not asked to find Trump "guilty" or "not guilty," but whether he was liable for an attack on Carroll. They had several alternative verdicts to consider.

In written instructions, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan asked jurors to decide whether the "preponderance of the evidence" shows that Trump "raped," "sexually abused," or "forcibly touched" Carroll. The jury checked "no" on the rape question."

It's easy to know details of anything that's public knowledge if you don't look away from them willfully just because they're uncomfortable or inconvenient.

And clearly you're not aware that well over half of sex assault cases don't involve DNA evidence.

With this case they had victim testimony, witness testimony, Trump's deposition, and his *****-grab tape.

Everyone knew Biden was an empty suit. You simply didn't care because he had a (D) behind his name. Just own it.

Mr. Trump didn't rape anyone. That's democrat manufactured outrage. Happens every time a republican runs for a seat. That and the race card.

It was a civil case where NY passed a temporary law so she could bring her case. He was found guilty of battery and defamation, not rape. At least get your facts straight.

He was found to have digitally penetrated her, and the judge said that met the common definition of rape.

Are these distinctions you really want to hang your hat on?

Ahh yes. Evidence. 25 years ago he assaulted me. Then 2 friends that said yeah she told me about it 25 years ago. And then an employee that said the store didnt have security on that floor. And another employee that said the store didn't have cameras on that floor. And another lady that said Trump grabbed her tits 30 years ago. And another woman that said Trump kissed her unwantedly 20 some years ago.

All rock solid evidence there, rape cheerleader. Can you explain how they prove she was digitally penetrated. It's available publicly and I'm sure it excites you.

All this "evidence" and I can see why they didn't try him criminally.

Most educated people see the issue in women weaponizing courts like this. I get that beta ***s are excited about this because of whom the court was weaponized against. Any man, that is not a political quar would see the issue here.

Keep gaslighting, rape cheerleader.

You think an advocate that is familiar with trauma professionally but suffered a sexually abusive Dad would willingly hang out with her assaulter regularly decades later and call him her "best friend?"

BTW, I get y'all love the salacious but extremely vague Ashley Biden diary reference.

Have y'all dug up any details there that actually demonstrate any wrongdoing? Sex offenses against minors don't have a statute of limitations in Delaware. Don't you think the police would be fairly interested to know Joe Biden sexually assaulted his daughter, if that's what actually happened?

So legal proceedings provide the truth when Biden is hypothetically involved, but the litany of charges and proceedings against Trump, including him being found criminally guilty and civilly liable of many charges including felonies, are not evidence of the truth, just evidence of a rigged system?

Actually no need to answer that. I'm sure your response will be exactly what I was expecting when I asked the question.

Everyone knew Biden was an empty suit. You simply didn't care because he had a (D) behind his name. Just own it.

Mr. Trump didn't rape anyone. That's democrat manufactured outrage. Happens every time a republican runs for a seat. That and the race card.

Case technicalities about standing, and whether what be did should be called sexual battery/assault or rape?

Hilarious that you know the details of the penetration. Talk about a ****ing nutjob.

He was found to have "digitally penetrated" her 25 years after the fact. How exactly do they "find" that 25 years later? Yeah. I think a reasonable person would question the accusations, but not bat**** folks like Kamala/Biden supporters. We know you want to "hang your hat" on Dem *****s. Whatever it takes!!!

I suppose you don't think anything of Biden's daughter's diary? That's public knowledge.

Biden's daughter doesn't think anything of Biden's daughter's diary, evidently. She and her Dad are clearly close; she's at White House events all the time. And she's a mental health/social justice advocate.

Actually, yes, I think it is possible. No, police aren't going to investigate if there is no one pressing charges, claiming abuse. So we will never know the truth through some type of proceeding. Your response is exactly what I was expecting when I asked the question.

Wait so I'm confused.

I wasn't saying that Biden did it. I said we will never know the truth. In any similar scenario I think it is possible that the victim will never come forward. If no one comes forward, police are not involved. And would a young girl make up something like that about her father and write it in her diary. While I can't say Biden did it, you can say unequivocally he didn't.

Clip of MSNBC coverage yesterday. This is worse than disgusting. I don't even know how to describe how sick this is.

Democrats ARE the party of hate.

Totally, and up is down, and we've always been at war with Eurasia.

Just listen to the party of love! Here they are now, goose-stepping for some reason:

All of that is your OPINION. Doesn't make it true.

Carrol, judge, court…"get Trump". You know it and I know it.

There's public record evidence it's true, i.e. bills that actually got passed.

What bills did Trump spearhead that were consequential?

What I know is that there is an otherworldly resistance to holding Trump responsible for his bad behaviors.

Carroll, Judges, Juries, Courts, Media, People He Fired, People He Didn't Fire But Should Have, People He Didn't Fire And Actually Complimented, Dems, Dem ***** accusers, Betas, Cucks, the Uniparty...are responsible but never the man.

It's crazy to look at from 30k'.

I wonder what you are like in real life. No IPS but what skeletons are in your closet?

You ever been arrested? Ever had a DUI? Ever cheated on your wife? She cheat on you? Ever filed bankruptcy? How far in debt are you? You ever done drugs? Family members that do drugs? What are you like in real life?

It's interesting to watch people, behind a keyboard, judge other people. Taking the moral high ground is easy when no one knows who you are.
