No sir, not really. Allow me to explain.

The federal government identified her actual name as Ilhan Nur Said Elmi AKA Ilhan Abdullahi. If that name sounds familiar it because it is the same name as her former husband Ahmed Nur Said Elmi and her father Nur Said Omar. This is the name used on a federal search warrant a DC judge signed, at the very least it indicates the U.S. government believes she is in the country under false identification.

This then leads to other concerns such as passport fraud, which has a 10 year statute of limitations, BUT…BUT each time you renew the passport it restarts the conditions of limitations. Also this it brings into question her birth year, 1981 or 1982 (which she changed) and means all the difference in the world whether she could receive derivatived citizenship from her father or if she would need to go through the same process to receive citizenship as anyone else. If those were fabricated on a U.S. passport application, she is in serious trouble…just like you and I would be.

There are three investigations in to Ilhan Omar. 1. Her immigration status. 2. Marriage fraud allegations. 3. Finical crime probes.

Me thinks she's in some serious hot water.

I think if it was so cut and dry, she would already be gone.
