Look it up. You're not supposed to aim for the head. The manufacturer explicitly says that no longer deems the weapon non lethal.

im not outraged. I'm just pointing out that these guys should be trained for situations like this and using non lethal weapons point blank is not what they are trained to do.

1. I've never come close to saying that.

2. There's nothing wrong with asking a question about agent training. I think it's a part of the entire picture of a lady getting shot in the face and a kid losing an eye. It should be looked at, especially if it also puts thee agents in harms way.

What if the guy slipped or the gun slipped out his hand and he shot one of the other agents in stead? Are we just going to say oh well FAFO! No. That's wrong.

You seem to not like having any accountability.

Let's not confuse detention with arrest. The former is often legally used to determine status, whether to proceed to arrest or release. As for demanding ID, that's situation-dependent, legally speaking.
