Those of you around in the late 70's and through the 80's will remember the rock band PKM. PeeWee Watson, Kenny Soule and Michael Gardner. According to his wife Mike passed away last night

Yeah I remember when Pee Wee and Kenny were in Nantucket. Funny that the bass player that replaced Pee Wee, David "Thumbs" Johnson passed away last May.

Michael had suffered from Parkinson's for many, many years.

Glass , thanks for posting this. I can't tell you how many times me and my buddies saw them play. The Pier, The Switch, Goodnight's, Bear's Den.....I'm sure there were other spots.

A great power trio with lots of energy. You can find their songs on YouTube.

RIP to Michael.

There were other things going on in the Spring of 1983 that I am able to use as a timeline checkpoint. It was 1982.

I graduated in 82 and remember seeing them. I still have pictures that I took of them. 82 is right

Saw them at the Silver Bullet Saloon fall of 1981.
