A quick google search shows Cuomo released a book on his masterful handling of the Coronavirus in October last year and received an international Emmy in November for his masterful Covid briefings. Willful ignorance does not make the hero worship of Cuomo from the left untrue.

To be clear... I know that Cuomo himself was not up for re election last November. I was speaking to the fact that not only did most media protect democrats all last year and bury bad stories about them but they often went the other direction and exalted them. With the help of big tech taking things down and sweeping things under you wouldn't know any democrat politician ever did anything wrong unless you watched Fox, Newsmax or one of the obscure other stations that don't get much air.
Cuomo is obviously the most infamous one but there were a lot of governors that deserved a lot of heat and bad press last year and none of them got it. It was open season on the GOP governors when they f'ed up but the democrats had a free pass.
