DUGOUT REPORT: Pack Takes Series Opener Over Deacs

No. 17 NC State's Elliott Avent, Cooper Consiglio, and Alex Sosa met with the media following the Wolfpack's 14-3 win over No. 8 Wake Forest Thursday evening.

Consiglio earned the win after striking out a career-high seven Demon Deacons while allowing just one hit and one walk over 3-2/3 innings. Sosa went 2-for-2 at the plate, including the grand slam that secured the run-rule, walk-off victory.
