The fact of the matter is that nobody knows what happened last national election. But, an even bigger problem is how many are naive to the amount of corruption that exists in our political system. Yes, some of these things are crazier than others, but to think they're outright impossible is even crazier. Hell, the cell phone was a crazy idea at one time.
The narrative is about to do a complete 180 in 10 months. Will some of you be do quick to dismiss it with the same vigor? I'm not so sure you will. We'll see!
As I've stated in the past, show me a court that rules that there was a coordinated effort to rig the election and I'll gladly jump on board the band wagon. I know what happened in the last national election, swing voters got tired of Trumps schtick, which greatly overshadowed the actual good work his administration did. I believe that this theory was proven correct in the Virginia Governors election, a guy who many of you would consider a "Rhino" but actually out performed Trump in Republican leaning counties!
If the 2020 results where bogus, why was the Virginia Gov race not bogus? Is it because your team won that one? It would seem that the same rigging strategy should have been employed as it was seen as an early referendum to the Biden presidency and thus a very important litmus test.
Conspiracy theories, people sowing seeds of election fraud for the purposes of making a buck, or former presidents who are more concerned with their personal grievances these days rather than focusing on the many errors of the 1st year of this administration don't sway me on the 2020 results.
Everyone needs to dial down the rhetoric on elections and voting. It does no good to anyone in America. The goal for the far right and the far left seems to be total dominance politically. What's bad about that is that they will be governing a smoldering pile of what once was America for the sake of yelling into the either "I told you so!"
The 2022 election will be worse, mainly because it'll be skewed as another example of America being a racist country with these horrible voting limitations brought on by republican controlled state legislations (relax, this is sarcasm guys) when the reality is the voting law changes are both very liberal and close loop holes that allow for the potential of vote shenanigans.
Your first point bolded:
The PA court just gave you the first ruling. If you don't think that was a rigging by people that didn't Trump re-elected, then why is the federal government wanting to federalize ACT 77?
Your second point bolded:
Do your research and you will find out. Youngkin spent far money on election integrity issues!
Your third point bolded:
Until we know exactly how it was done (just follow the efforts by Mark Elias), more than 50% of Americans will not have confidence in our elections. Everyone on here should think that's a problem for this country! The message has gotten in spite of all the media, and some on here, calling it the Big Lie!
When using that term "Big Lie" , perhaps you should look at your own words!
1. We've already had a discussion on Act 77. You're basically telling me the real masterminds behind Trump losing in PA are Republican legislators from PA who voted for this law. Additionally, the court ruling is a constitutional procedural ruling, not prof of voter fraud.
As I've also stated I don't support the voting rights act, but for much more clearer reasons than the Mail in voting boogeymen, instead I hate the real ways in which the Democrats are trying to compromise the integrity of the vote.
The things I continue to believe is that relaxed voting standards were rolled out for this past election and shouldn't have been because counties, cities, and towns where unprepared for the additional record keeping that was needed to 100% satisfy everyone who sees a potential voter fraud conspiracy in every election. Show me the baby and I'll be the first one on the bad wagon passing out the pitchforks and torches, but the fact of the matter is that there is no ruling or no pending court case anywhere that points to a vast conspiracy to rig an election. Until there is, I remain unconvinced.
2. What election integrity issues where there in the Republican controlled counties in 2020 that Youngkin spent money on to out perform Trump in 2021?
3. You and I disagree, and hey that's ok, I also happen to disagree with 50% of Americans because I refuse to be fear mongered into the false narratives both the far left and the far right present daily.
And I've never used the term "The Big Lie". It's foolish, but not as foolish as the guy who was President making foolish speeches about his personal slights instead of focusing on the plethora of winning issues he could talk about and further the agenda of all of you who have fallen for his cult of personality.
I don't understand why you don't see the change in Trump after 11/3. It was a stark difference in how the man handled things. It cost the Republicans two Senate seats and now it's costing all of us in inflationary government spending.
