The FDA put out a list on possible side effects to the vaccine (page 17). Some of those are pretty serious.

I have had issues with allergic reactions in the past with the flu vaccine due to how it is made, and while I understand this one isn't made that way, I still will consult with my physician first. I made up my mind then that I'd never allow the govt to put anything in my body and to this day haven't. Guess I'm really lucky that I fully recovered- took about six months but many never did. I know technically the Covid vaccine comes from Pfizer or whomever but in my mind it's all the same.

That's not conspiracy theory at all. Totally understandable. I'd feel the same.
