I mean Nance has velo and can throw a couple pitches for a strike.

But it just takes more to be elite. You have to have some thing that makes you different.

Yep a lot of truth about having something different. But I will add that Namce has a 3 pitch mix. That goes a long way typically. I suppose none of those pitches are truly plus pitches. I mean Decaro is mostly a 2 pitch guy but he has an elite CU.

Nances hangs his slider too much IMO, I know he throws a change but I can't remember it. So if the slider isn't on you are sitting fastball or hoping he leaves a slider up.

I believe you, I just remember the ones he hangs lol. His slider is also good when it is on and he keeps it low.
