Wiggins is going to just take the spot in the lineup if Avent is going to force him to.

Wiggins has to play. Dont care where but he has to be in the lineup

Again, I'd let Wiggins play vs righties and Fraasman vs lefties.

EA will not do that though and someone is going to end up just riding the bench.

Sanders mentioned that EA told him there are several players he has to figure out a way to get them more at bats. Wiggins was mentioned specifically

Is it that tough to figure out? Id flip flop how hes using Fraasman and Wiggins. At least give Wiggins more at bats so you can see a larger sample size to gauge better. You know what you get from Fraasman.

I can see McHugh going to left, Bargo to first, Johnson to right and Wiggins DH.

I think wiggins would be in OF and sherman at dh but I agree 10000%. This would produce the best lineup top to bottom state has had in a long time.

Ethan and I have beat the drum quite a bit but you don't have a career .450 OBP by accident. At the very least, Wiggins needs to be batting in the top half of the order against righties.

Believe they have only used McHugh in left the first game and that was it. Another head scratcher. Believe the other games Bargo played 1st McHugh was DH. Im not sure they are comfortable with Bargos defense at 1st so could see him mostly at DH.

Can't play everyone but Fraasman starting to feel like odd man out.

I work with a guy who apparently has a contact close to Avent (I know), but he told me couple weeks ago Avent said this team is one of the best, if not the best hitting team top to bottom he's had.

He's been right about a bunch other stuff before but when he told me that I just kind of laughed it off. Its still hard with the comp we're playing but does feel like this team will hit.

The team has potential. Deepest pitching I can recall. There are about 13 good offensive choices. The defense doesn't seem as good as some of Avent's best, but not a liability either.

I can't wait for Coastal and the ACC.

This is the deepest team I've ever seen under Avent. So many good options to choose from. Good problems to have but still a problem to figure out.

We won't know how good this team is or can be until April. This team has all the potential to be great and we all want them to be great as well.

April, idk man. We have coastal coming up then BC, @fsu, @GT. I think we will have a good idea well before April. Acc wont be cupcakes.

Probably should continue to rotate line up till figure out who can handle Acc pitching.

While we haven't played any good teams yet, there have been good players on the teams we've played. Some cats that have hit well in the past, some pitchers bringing it 95+, things like that, so I think it's possible to pass some judgement on how we have fared against those individuals. And yeah, the ACC slate starts in a few weeks against BC, which is normally a competitive series, and BC will have already played Miami, so tougher games are ahead.
